Pronounced “zhee-clay”, Giclée prints use a printing techique which produces high-resolution images. Giclée prints can only be produced using an inkjet printer with 12-pigment ink system.
Giclée prints must only be printed on fine art archival grade 100% cotton rag. The result provides a print that will last for decades , without discolouring, fading* or yellowing. The archival paper used is “museum-grade” because it is literally the same paper museums use!
All artwork by DNL is printed on 280gsm 100% cotton rag.
*Excessive exposure to direct sunlight can increase colour degradation over time.
