Refund & Returns Policy
If you have received the wrong item, a damaged product or simply ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and protective materials unopened and sealed.

Items must be in original condition.

Your request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Prints opened in from their original acid-free sleeve

Sale/discounted items
-
Print-to-order T-shirts

Print Exchange Policy

Ordered the wrong size? Simply contact us to arrange for the alternative size.

You will need to cover the shipping costs both ways, as well as pay any cost difference for larger sizes. We do not offer size exchanges for smaller sized prints.

Print size exchange takes 2–5 business days from the time we receive your item. Once complete, we’ll notify you with tracking details.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is damaged upon arrival.

We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns, DNL Creative is not liable for items lost in transit.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once your return is approved.
