Refund & Returns Policy

If you have received the wrong item, a damaged product or simply ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and protective materials unopened and sealed.

  • Items must be in original condition.

  • Your request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Prints opened in from their original acid-free sleeve

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Print-to-order T-shirts

Print Exchange Policy

  • Ordered the wrong size? Simply contact us to arrange for the alternative size.

  • You will need to cover the shipping costs both ways, as well as pay any cost difference for larger sizes. We do not offer size exchanges for smaller sized prints.

  • Print size exchange takes 2–5 business days from the time we receive your item. Once complete, we’ll notify you with tracking details.

Additional Notes

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is damaged upon arrival.

  • We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns, DNL Creative is not liable for items lost in transit.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once your return is approved.
