Panamericana restaurant is nestled in Sentosa Golf Club, on the city’s prestigious Sentosa Island. It brings to life the rich diversity of cultures, cuisines and music found in the 14 countries along the sprawling 50,000km of the Pan-American Highway that stretches through the North, Central and South Americas.

This project introduces a new cocktail list focused on diving into Panamericana SG brand, and the Panamericana Highway.  The cocktail menu uses different touch points of location, cocktail ingredients, methods, and quirky stories about the drink to tell a story and bring the cocktails to life.
